The clock is ticking. The end of June is only a few days away, and that means we need to be out of our apartment and into our house by Thursday. Kevin has been working SO hard to get everything ready. I've been busy packing up our apartment while still trying to keep life as normal as possible for our two little ones. We've had help, and we're very grateful. I know one day I'll look back and wonder how we had two kids and two moves in a little over two years! But in the meantime, I really don't have time to think about how exhausting it is- I gotta keep moving. That's just life, I guess. You do what you have to do when you have to do it. I'm not complaining though- just pondering life's mysteries while I have a few quiet moments to myself. The boys both went to bed early tonight. I think all the craziness is getting to them. I'm looking forward to being settled soon.
A few thoughts from the past week:
1. Some things aren't worth fighting over.
2. Lowe's was never appealing to me until I became a homeowner, but I'm seriously considering taking a day to browse and dream amongst the pretty hardware and extravagant kitchen displays! Haha!
3. Ear infections are no fun. Liam had his first one last week- just in time for his 8 week birthday. He was miserable for about a day. I'm thankful I caught it early. He's doing much better now.
4. Sometimes Time-In's are more important than Time-Out's. I was encouraged by this article.
