I love listening to the radio. Whether I’m driving, sitting at my desk, or cleaning house I like groovin' to the latest hits or reflecting with my favorite talk radio personalities. Maybe I just fell off the turnip truck, or maybe I’m still ON the turnip truck, but give me radio over ipod any day. So on that note, I wanted to recommend a couple of websites for those other radio lovers out there:(1) http://www.pandora.com/ (Internet radio service...enter a song or artist that you like and the service will create a playlist of selections that are musically similar to the one you chose. The service has its pros and cons, but I love creating my own radio stations and listening to them throughout the day while I'm at my computer at work. My favorite one right now is my Third Day station.)
(2) http://www.oneplace.com/ (Christian audio content... I can catch all my favorite Christian talk radio broadcasters in one place—hence the name. I can’t vouch for the soundness of ALL the programs, but a few of my favorites are FamilyLife Today with Dennis Rainey, Living Proof with Beth Moore, Precepts for Life with Kay Arthur, and Truth for Life with Pastor Allistair Begg. If you're into the ipod, they offer podcasts as well, which I'm clueless about at the moment :)
