I definitely have a love/hate relationship with all things technological. I love it when it works, and I hate it when it doesn’t! This past week it has been my quest to try to fix an old laptop computer that we have. We recently had to replace it with a new one, but it really bothers me that I can’t figure out what’s wrong with the old one (I’m weird like that). We don’t have the money to invest in having it “professionally” repaired so my inner geek has emerged and delved into a world that I really know nothing about. The good news is that I actually got it working, and the bad news is that it only lasted for a day! So I realize that I may not be the next Super Geek on the Geek Squad anytime soon, but it sure is fun to pretend for a while.
