Last night Kevin and I got to spend time with my Uncle and Aunt who are on vacation in New Orleans. It had been quite a while since we’d last seen them so we had lots of catching up to do. We enjoyed chatting about life's happenings, and we especially enjoyed meeting their newest edition, Saban, the cutest Yorkie you’ll ever meet, adopted brother to Sophie, another beautiful Yorkie. Before becoming a dog owner myself (even if only for a short time), I never understood how humans could form such close bonds with their dogs. But after having become “mommy” to Teddy, a very lovable Maltese, I completely understand how dogs acquired the title “man’s best friend.” I mean, who else gets THAT excited to see you when you come home? *smile* Missing Teddy,
