Thursday Night—SURVIVOR! Need I say more? I’m a huge fan of the show, and, as a husband trying to understand his wife’s crazy obsession; Kevin has become a fan too. I thoroughly enjoyed watching Ami’s final melodramatic plea before getting the boot by her tribe. Let’s face it, she deserved to go!
Friday Night—Date night! Kevin and I headed to the movies to see Dr. Seuss’s Horton Hears a Who. We both love animated films, and having Jim Carrey, Steve Carell, and Carol Burnett all in the same film didn’t hurt. We give it 4 Celestin thumbs up (that’s all the thumbs we have (smile).
Saturday—Kevin spent most of the day in the library. I, on the other hand, represented us at a cookout with some friends on campus. I spent most of the afternoon outside with them enjoying the cool weather. They did allow me to snatch some ribs for Kevin to enjoy later. Below is a picture of me and a couple of great girlfriends from the seminary at the cookout.
Sunday—same ole’ same ole’....
