New Edition

I held a one-day-old baby yesterday! Baby Jael (pronounced like the letters “J” and “L”), our newest little cousin, weighed in at just over 5 pounds. She is so tiny! She is the second daughter of Kevin’s first cousin/good friend Donovan (Kevin’s best man in our wedding) and his wife Ebony. Mommy and baby are both healthy and happy. And of course, the baby is as cute as a button. She has lots of pretty dark hair, big beautiful eyes, and the tiniest little mouth. I wish I would have remembered to take a picture, but I was too busy cuddling her in my arms. Babies are so precious. I can't wait to hold my own!
