I discovered that there is a such thing as a mini donut last night at our FBC Lockport Women's Christmas Gathering.
One Word: Dangerous.
Thankful for... laughter. It really is the best medicine.

Wondering... when I'm gonna get my hands on those mini donuts again. (Michele? :)
Hoping... for a little break from answering questions. My preschooler is in a "Q & A" mood this afternoon. Questions include: "Mom, what do you want to be when you grow up?" (he has decided that he wants to work at the nursing home, yet still live at our house because he doesn't want me to be lonely.. pretty admirable I'd say) and "Mom, why did all my friend come to see me at Chic-fil-a today?" (as if the friends we happened to run in to came just for him) and "Mom, did you know that guns have numbers like 22, 23, 11 and 17?" (apparently he's been talking to some local hunters?).
Looking forward to... a quiet evening at home with my family. The cooler weather makes me wanna curl up on the couch with all my guys and watch a Christmas movie.
Creating... a list of the Christmas gifts that still need purchasing or making.

Learning... the beauty and practicality of Scripture memory as I prepare for AWANA this week.
Reminding myself... that I need to drink more water. And that I need to call my brother later tonight to wish him a Happy Birthday.
Praying... that I would live out Colossians 4:6, "Your speech should always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how you should answer each person."
