Will it ever stop? It wouldn’t be so bad if raining didn’t lead to flooding, but unfortunately, when you live in a fishbowl, flooding is inevitable. From what I hear, some folks at Jazz Fest even resorted to slip-n-slidin’! Talk about making the most of a gloomy situation :)
